The Broken Hill School of the Air community has created 'Dust Off and Dish Up', a cookbook featuring nearly 200 recipes, stories and traditions from families living remotely in outback Australia. The fundraising cookbook supports education for children in remote areas and preserves the spirit of life in the outback.
