Outcomes: Overview (Sticky Standards #9)

This episode focuses on Outcomes. There are many educational standards – leadership standards, teacher standards, teacher leader standards and student standards, to name four. One of the big ideas around outcomes is coherence, professional learning that builds on what educators have already learned. Making the connections from what we know/do (Prior Knowledge) to what we want to learn is essential. Simply, what do we already know and let’s build on that knowledge/skills!! What is our purpose? Without clear outcomes there is misalignment. Once we are on the same page, we will more forward – clear expectations, accountability, and communication.
