Then, podcaster, author and composer Bill Hoffman tells the story of why he wrote a song about me. Hour two kicks off with Mike Horswill from Jay's Sporting Goods. Mike is an expert at processing deer. Nick Grillo from Michigan Brand Meats is up next. Nick talks about the services they can offer hunters and also some new flavors of jerky in their lineup "Whitetail Whisperer" John Eberhart is featured in hour 3. John talks about hunting pressured whitetails and promotes a new series of books on targeting big bucks. The show wraps up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This time Dave has another bear recipe.
