Hour two kicks off with long time Great Lakes charter captain Ed Retherford of Trout Scout Charters. Steve Windom from MUCC is up next with an update on the Mentored Hunter program. We're headed to southeast Michigan in Hour three to talk with Brad Smyth of Detroit Outdoor Adventures. Then wild game chef Dixie Dave Minar has a very tasty fish recipe.
