The weather around much of the state looks pretty nice -- and warm -- for the long Pioneer Day holiday weekend. And that means many people are bound to get outdoors. Ahead of the long weekend, we take a few minutes to discuss outdoor safety with Major Steve Bullock with the law enforcement arm of the Division of Outdoor Recreation.
