Today's episode is in response to a talk from Ed Mylett about how important it is that we as leaders begin to understand that everything in this life is temporary and we have the potential to CHANGE! Here are some of the high points: We all tend to believe that where we are is permanent... but you are not a tree. You can get up and MOVE to make changes. Success requires no apologies and failure allows no alibis. But IF we do allow excuses for our failures rather than owning them, we will never become the person we were created to be! You are where you are today based on how you handled the difficult seasons you've encountered up until now. AND the amazing thing is that we don't have to follow that same programming in the future IF it hasn't been effective. We have to reframe our challenges to understand that they are not happening TO us... they are happening FOR us. Keep replacing your plan until you find one that works when you WORK IT with everything you've got! If you prefer to watch this episode on YouTube, check it out here: https://youtu.be/zq2RPML_7eI

LibriVox This story is an honest record of what we, who are all writers, and all very intimate friends, have seen and heard as we looked on at the lives of certain people in whom we are deeply interested.
