Outlook on China-US ties

The United States marked its 250th anniversary this year. The changes taking place in the US and their implications for that country and the rest of the world is significant. On that and more, Tian Wei spoke with Thomas Fingar, a professor at Stanford University, on the sideline of the World Peace Forum. America is looking back at this past and ahead to its role in the changing world. One of the most important questions is how it manages its relationship with China. Howard Kennedy School Professor Graham Allison shared his perspectives saying that the two countries have been trying to reform and reshape their relationship.
