Outside the Church There is No Salvation In Matthew 12 we see two teachings juxtaposed: a story of an evil spirit that leaves a person, then returns to that person bringing other spirits; and a teaching that our true mothers and brothers are those that are part of the Family of God. There is a common theme between the two: something will inhabit your life, and something will be your God.
