Outsiders| Vibe Check 07.29.26
from Pull Up Party Hosted by Mixtress Africa Allah
Have you ever felt like an outsider in your own space, even when you’re the only one in it? This mix was born at 11 PM on a Wednesday night live on TikTok. I got dressed, put on my makeup to present myself to the world, and sat in an empty room with zero viewers—playing to a room of nothing while feeling everything. From the outside looking in, I might appear confident and fearless. But the truth is, with every track and every transition, I second-guess myself. Ultimately, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. So I show up—even in the quiet, empty moments—and do what I do because I love it, trusting that this is exactly what I’m here for. Worst comes to worst, long after I’m gone, my work will stand as a place of discovery. Through it all, the outsider keeps showing up. Track List & Flow: Curated R&B for exploration, deep mood, and sonic discovery. DJ: Mixtress Africa Allah Mix: Vibe Check — Outsiders (07.29.26)
