Outsourcing vs Hiring a Coach

Today is all about Outsourcing vs Hiring a Coach. I, in no way, prefer one over the other, but instead it's more about the timing of them. You guys know I'm an advocate for outsourcing and how essential it is for business owners who want to scale. Any time I've reached an income cap or I haven't been able to reach a certain goal, hiring a specialist or a contractor has been the way to help me break through that boundary. However, I think that hiring a coach can be another way to break those boundaries as well. It really just comes down to where you are in your business. So listen as I go through how each of these have impacted my business, and when I've found that the timing is right for going with either of these options.
