Outstanding Individual Achievement Award | Dr. Brandon Robison

This is certainly a story of love, compassion, inclusion and service. First, though, we must get out of the way that the older ladies in the practice say that he is a “Strapping Young Man”! One team member tells the story of arriving at the practice and being told that “our office is like a family”. She kind of rolled her eyes and just went with it because that’s what most offices say. Then she told about the unexpected passing of her brother just four months later and the love and kindness and support she received from the entire team led by her doctor. AND...how over the years she has watched this same compassion shown to so many both inside and outside of the practice who have faced hardship. He is the gatherer...the one who brings everyone together to see how collectively just the right support can be achieved. He started his dental practice from scratch at the same time he was serving in very time-consuming responsibilities in his church and community. He accomplished this with a wife who had severe health challenges which kept her home-bound most of the time. Despite those obstacles he is the most enthusiastic cheerleader for his kids, provides endless service to his neighborhood and has been on a humanitarian trip each year to the Dominican Republic since he graduated from Dental School.Shortly said, he lives a life of purpose...on purpose. He has created a culture of success in his practice, cares deeply for his team, his own family and his community. He cares about his own professional growth and has extended that to his team.
