After a historic weekend in the NHL, Frank and Jason decided to record this week’s edition of the podcast a little earlier. The two fired things up on a Sunday night to talk about Alex Ovechkin finishing his chase of the NHL’s all-time goal record as he found the back of the net for the 895th time and officially passed Wayne Gretzky at the top of the goal-scoring leaderboard.The guys talked about the moment on Long Island, the ceremony, Ovechkin’s career and everything else surrounding the record-breaking moment.From there, they talked about some other records and accomplishments that they’re love to see get accomplished.
