from Sydenham Current Sessions · host Sydenham Current

WAMBO 2025 is set to roll into Wallaceburg from August 8 to 10, bringing with it a parade of polished chrome and roaring engines. This year, car manager Matt Thomas expects approximately 180 vehicles to take part in the weekend festivities. The action begins Friday night with a cruise departing at 7 p.m. from the old Sobeys parking lot on McNaughton Avenue. Thomas, who’s overseeing the event’s automotive lineup, walked through the cruise route and shared details on what participants and spectators can expect. Saturday morning sees the official setup begin, with gates opening at 7 a.m. for arriving vehicles. Pre-registration isn’t required—drivers can simply show up and register onsite. Entry is $20. Organizers are encouraging enthusiasts to arrive early to claim prime spots and be part of the day-long celebration of classic and custom cars. More details are at www.wambo.ca.
