Over 300,000 Black women left the workforce in three months earlier this year

Michael Roberts is a close friend of Sheletta and she swears she saw him on a cereal box this week. It was actually Justin Jefferson. Sheletta asks if anyone ever asks for his autograph and he says his griddy needs a little work for him to fully pass as JJ. Steve Thomson makes his weekly appearance on the show. They discuss their musical selections they make when getting work done around the house. Sheletta explains what Halloween costume she is NOT letting her kid wear this year. Sheletta also updates us on her weekend in Missouri where she brought her family (and specifically Andrew) down to meet a potential mentor in the NASCAR world.
