Over communicating.. Is there such a thing?

All right everyone!! Thank you for returning to The Soulful eclectic podcast. This episode is focused on communication. i know we communicate daily at home with the kids, with your spouse, at work and so forth. Do you find that these days you are communicating more to the point that you are over communicating. I have found myself talking like a therapist to my husband daily. it seams as if simple conversations that I thought were simple has all been complicated with fear and misunderstanding. Tone regulation and just overall not wanting to offend anyone. Sometimes to save from being misinterpreted because the individual is perceiving the information in a particular way based on their mood at the time .. phew it makes me want to stay silent.
