Ему близки вещи, где техно остаётся телесным и прямолинейным, но внутри есть шероховатость: треки, которые могут быть немного кривыми, с неожиданными поворотами, нарушенными ожиданиями, странным формированием грува. Shatter is a Rostov-based DJ. His sets feature many producers from the CIS countries—not because of some "concept," but because he listens closely to what is happening around him and gives these tracks time and space. He is drawn to music where techno remains physical and straightforward but possesses an inner ruggedness: tracks that might be slightly "off," featuring unexpected twists, subverted expectations, and strange groove patterns. The set itself is a dense techno field, ranging from austere instrumentals to slightly jittery tracks that break at the seams. The playlist moves as a single line, where individual producers' voices occasionally emerge before everything merges into a unified flow. There is room here for both dark drive and an almost trippy, hypnotic state.
