On this episode I’m sharing 3 different mindfulness practices to help with intrusive thoughts and any thoughts of stress, anxiety, overwhelm or negativity. Oftentimes people fall victim to these thoughts and feel like they have no power over them because the thoughts are so strong. But the beautiful thing is you can regain control and begin shifting from negative to positive thoughts, and mindfulness in my opinion is the most beneficial starting spot. Later on you could use tools like hypnosis to deeply reprogram the beliefs - but until you can separate from them and gain a higher, more objective perspective they will feel really strong.
