If you can write down what the obstacle is, and if you can understand what it is, you can overcome it! Invest in a journal where you can document your experiences and review them later. I have always found it helpful to write out what it is I am going thru to help me get through it. As things become clearer to you, you can also enlist the help of others, especially when you have a better grip on the problem.
