Overcoming Bad Mom Syndrome | EP51

from Shameless Freedom Podcast · host Jen Bugajsky Love, Pleasure and Intimacy Coach

In this episode we talk about overcoming bad mom syndrome. As moms, we want the best for our kids. We don't want them to make the same mistakes we made. We set unrealistic expectations for ourselves as mom's that we have to DO IT ALL. How do you keep the flame alive when you have parental burnout? If you are carrying "bad mom guilt", they can feel it. It is not our job to save, fix or rescue our kids or our partners. When you take time for self-care, you are able to focus on you and your desires and fuel yourself from within. This is not just for you; it is for your kids too. When you lead with desire, they feel the difference in your energy. They feel the space and independence you give them to make decisions on their own.
