Thank you #dietculture. The fear mongering in the diet, fitness, and health space is crazy. And, truthfully, it isn't all that helpful. I am all for us feeding our bodies well, and I do believe that eating *mostly* whole foods with minimal processing is one of the best ways we can do that. However, that doesn't also mean there can't be room for foods that don't fit that description either. Having a healthy relationship to food gives you the freedom to eat all kinds of food in the amounts you want--no more feeling controlled by foods or your cravings/ urges.
