Overcoming Public Speaking Anxiety - Break It Down For A Memorable Experience

from Let's get "Mogavated" with Danielle Moga · host Danielle Moga

Let’s face it, speaking in front of people is nerve wracking and can be downright debilitating for some of us.  Studies show that 75% of the population suffers from anxiety related to speaking in front of a crowd. We just don’t like getting in front of people for a variety of reasons like being judged or we just lack confidence. A fear of speaking publicly can hold you back in your career, in your business and in your life. I’ve known people who’ve been passed over for promotion because they lacked the confidence to effectively lead a meeting or present a compelling pitch and we don't want that for you! The bottom line is that regardless of your industry or what you do in life, public speaking is a reality you need to face. Take a listen as always I'd love to hear your feedback.  Drop a review and let me know what you'd like to hear more of to help you move forward in your business and life.
