Overcoming Resistance as an INFJ EntrepreneurIn this episode, we are going to describe what are the main symptoms of resistance and how to overcome them!When the 'resistance' symptoms come we think we need to stop what we are doing because this must be something awful if our body is so actively resisting what we are planning to do. But I believe it's important to learn to identify what is the root cause of these emotions and work with them instead of stopping altogether.Obviously, if we have some underlying chronic illness, it is outside of our control, but I want to talk about resistance that comes from fear of change or the unknown that stops us from acting on something we desire. Remember, resistance is a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey, especially for INFJs who are deeply intuitive and sensitive to change.
