In this episode we are talking about a condition that many women struggle with. Vaginismus is an umbrella term that describes issues with penetration - any kind of penetration. So this can be tampons, a medical exam or sexual penetration, solo or with someone else. Having vaginismus can be a very challenging experience that carries a lot of shame and embarrassment and is often kept secret and not talked about. But the reality is that is much more common that people think.
