According to a recent study of Americans, anxiety has become an unstoppable force impacting millions across the United States. It’s no longer just a personal struggle—it’s a national epidemic. Too often we look at the worry or anxiety we feel and resign within ourselves that nothing will ever change. We look for coping mechanisms that will help us feel a little better and keep going.
