Heather Bourbeau is an award-winning author whose latest poetry collection, Monarch, explores overlooked histories of the U.S. West where she was raised—California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Gary Kamiya is an award-winning journalist of “Portals of the Past” that ran for more than 10 years in the San Francisco Chronicle and San Francisco Examiner. Liam O’Donoghue is an award-winning journalist and hosts the “East Bay Yesterday” podcast. MLF ORGANIZER George Hammond   A Humanities Member-led Forum program.
