Overlords of the Insectoid Aliens: Who or What is Pulling the Abduction/Hybridization Strings?

Many alien abduction researchers agree that there appears to be an established hierarchy among the prevalent extraterrestrials present on Earth. Starting at the bottom, there are hybrid aliens, which are beings that can appear to look like normal human beings, but in actuality they are a cross between aliens and real humans. Next on the list would be small grey aliens, which some researchers speculate could be biological robots who are used for menial labor, like physically abducting humans and guiding them into alien ships. Tall greys sometimes escort abductees onto alien ships, but they also perform complicated medical procedures, such as egg and sperm harvesting needed to create hybrids. Reptilian aliens, like short greys, are apparently used for labor purposes, as well as for questioning abductees. Finally, there are the insectoid aliens, which are tall beings that look like praying mantises or ants, and they seem to be the species in charge.
