Overthunk Ep 16 - Getting Better All The Time

from Overthunk · host Overthunk

Welcome to Season 2 of Overthunk!  Thanks for taking this trip with us as we go on about our overthinking, anxiety and things generally troubling us.  As we reflect back on the past year we recognize our wins and possibly some things we may want to improve upon.  In this episode we're going old school back to our original format with just Aaron and me.  Enjoy as Aaron explains to me what a "snowflake" is and as I stutter over my words trying to articulate my thoughts... words are hard sometimes...   We are wishing you all the best in 2021 and if you're having a tough time letting go of 2020 here's a thought.  What if you went back through your past year and wrote a list of credits like at the end of a movie.  All the people who made a contribution in your life from the barista who took time to be friendly when you needed a little kindness to your friends and family near and far that listened when you needed someone to listen to the people who comforted us and gave us some laughs on social media.  The fact that you are here today listening to this means your past year was a success if you choose to look at it that way.  It may not have been easy or even enjoyable the whole time, it was though, a success. ***Have a question or topic for us?  Want to share something you're overthinking or anxious about leave us a message and we just might feature it in an upcoming episode!!  https://anchor.fm/overthunk/message Wishing you more success this year as you take on risks and adventures into the unknown!!
