Overthunk Ep 7 - Give me a forking break...!

from Overthunk · host Overthunk

Welcome to episode 7 of Overthunk!  The pandemic is in full swing… we’ve been sheltering in place for months… and we’re out of clean forks again!!!  What the fork…!!!  I just did dishes…  Okay so we’re all in this together right.  We’re all going a little crazy together…  Yes, we’re healthy thankfully and have it much better than most as Tony points out and yet there are still effects this has on our mental state.  Humans are not built for uncertainty.  Think about all the things we do to ensure control and certainty.  Take one thing away like the ability to buy toilet paper and it all goes to shit, pun intended. Enjoy our episode where it is revealed where the idea for Overthunk came from originally and meet our good friend Tony who has a heart of gold.  Tony is an accomplished acoustical engineer and also volunteers saving birds, horses and any other animal you can imagine. We hope you are doing well, being kind to yourself and hanging in there. Love, Aaron and Chris Have a suggestion for a guest?  You can reach us with questions, comments and suggestions at [email protected].
