Overton Uses Geometry To Toss Giants

The Dallas Cowboys selected defensive lineman LT Overton in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and team analysts are now evaluating his potential role on the roster. Despite being smaller than many offensive linemen, Overton possesses exceptional physical strength and long arms that allow him to effectively neutralize the run. While he is not considered a natural pass rusher, his ability to overpower opponents makes him a prime candidate to play as an interior defensive tackle. Scouting reports highlight his high motor and aggressive style of play, which were evident during his collegiate career in the SEC. Ultimately, the coaching staff intends to leverage his versatility to solidify the team's defensive front.
