Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how easy it is to slow down too much when you’re overloaded — and how dangerous that can become if you lose your momentum completely.That’s why I believe slowing down is a double-edged sword.Sometimes you need to slow down so you can reflect, reset, and understand what’s really going on in your life.
