OVIS: The Future of News - On A Mission to End Fake News

In the world of information overload, we hear a multitude of lies on the news everyday. It is true: ‘A lie will go round the world while truth is pulling its boots on.’In December 2021, Linton Johnson, the founder and Chief Visionary Officer of OVIS, launched the world’s first blockchain powered news network, which allows everyday people to end fake news by incentivizing the truth. OVIS is the antidote to "fake news."We also open the conversation on what a member of my team at the DA’s office in 2023 called telelievision (tele-lie-vision), a new term for the biased media coverage of our work.
