Owen Vaughan: OneRoof Editor on house price report showing quarterly value growth in 107 metro suburbs

After over a year of decline, some house prices are on the road to recovery. The latest OneRoof report shows quarterly value growth in 107 metro suburbs - with growth stronger in Christchurch while Auckland, Dunedin and Wellington play catch-up.
