Being unemployed due to the pandemic, in August of 2020 Chef Nery decided to start his own business along with his supportive wife, Reyna.Slanging Tacos is a story of humble beginnings that started in the garage of their home, where many gathered to try their distinguished flavors and eccentric creations. With hard work and dedication, in less than a year they managed to purchase their food truck where they continue to "slang" and serve their community.​As visionaries, they plan to expand and become an iconic attraction that many come to visit for years to come.
