Owner of Park Tavern reacting to deadly crash, first day of school for many kids across the state, State Fair attendance

It's a Tuesday after a holiday and time to get caught up. Do it with the "830 On The Go"! A 56-year old driver kills two and injures three at Park Tavern Sunday night. And the owner of Park Tavern reacts to a tragedy including the death of one of their servers.  Thousands of Minnesota students head “back to school” Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flannagan welcomed kids back to school at St Anthony Middle School earlier Tuesday morning.  One man is dead, another under arrest after a hit and run in Minneapolis Monday evening. A new list puts Minneapolis near the top of the list of cities around the country in which to retire.  Governor Tim Walz was unharmed after some of the vehicles near the back of his motorcade crashed in Milwaukee.  Big attendance numbers for the run of the Minnesota State Fair but not quite record-setting.
