In 2017, she took on a new Customer Excellence role across the Wells Fargo Enterprise of businesses. In the summer of 2020, Mary retired after 23 years with Wells Fargo and established her consulting firm, PivotPoint, LLC., in early 2021 which helps C-suite leaders develop strategy, business plans, and organizational structures.
