In this follow up conversation with author and empowerment strategist JJ Flizanes, we continue our dialogue around living out our purpose and owning our power. JJ and I start by discussing a quote from author Marianne Williamson that she included in her book. The quote speaks to our deepest fears of being powerful beyond measure. Playing small puts ourselves and others at a disadvantage because when we shine, we give permission for others to do so as well.
