Owning our mistakes

The last thing we ever want to do is make you think that we aren't learning from our mistakes. We're going to rebuild, and we're going to earn your trust back, but until then, you have every right to be angry. We would be, too, and we let ourselves down as much as we let you down. We hope this sheds some light on where we were coming from, even if we can't explain everything, and we can't wait to move forward and create an even better, crazier, more honest world that you can escape to whenever you want.
