Ozark Theatre Declared Dangerous | St. Louis News

The Ozark Theatre in Webster Groves, a historic landmark since 1921, is now officially deemed “dangerous” by the city after safety inspections revealed bowing walls, water damage, and emergency exit issues. The owner, who purchased it in December, has until September 1 to apply for permits and September 4 to begin repairs or demolition—or risk losing the property. While officials say collapse isn’t imminent, the clock is ticking on this iconic building’s future. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
