This leads to serious impact and laceration risks. Two bottle  owners have suffered permanent vision loss after being struck in the eye by  these ejected lids.  Affected is model number 83-662.About 850,000 of these stainless steel water bottles have been sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com since 2017.Immediately stop using these recalled water bottles and return them to any Walmart store for a full refund.
