Several topics are covered in this episode, Major Bidamon raises money with Emma Smith so they could enable Joseph Smith lll to stock and run a store, but Joseph Smith lll wasnt much inclined to the business running at a loss. The Nauvoo Temple was set on fire and destroyed, with it completely raised to the ground and eventually plundered for building materials for other properties. Joseph Smith lll's adopted sister Julia Murdock married but her husband soon died from an accident and she went on to remarry but that marriage disolved. Julia went on to die of cancer. Joseph's stepfather Major Bidamon joined a gold rush and was away for a year, he ended up using carpentry skills making tools and 1000 or so dollars but returned home having been tricked into useless money Joseph Smith lll remarks.
