P.I.D. Radio 6/20/06: Jerry E. Smith – HAARP (Part 1)

To quote the old song by Johnny Horton, tonight we head "north to Alaska" to discuss a rather interesting project that occupies a big chunk of frozen real estate, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP. Jerry asks the tough questions, like: "How can a democracy defend itself from its own military and covert intelligence agencies?" "What is HAARP and what can it really do?" And, most important, "Who would want to do that?" Show topics and links: Jerry E.
