P Word -- PROCRASTINATION ( Living Lucky )

Do you tell yourself that you work well under pressure?  Do you use words like DEADline, phrases like the END is near? Or, when you decide to take on a task, do you break it down into manageable, bite-size pieces and schedule times to get them completed?  Often we have areas where we procrastinate because we're avoiding something in that area, and we have areas in our life that we schedule. things that we are excited about and we will plan as we go and it feels easy. Recognizing these patterns can make it much easier to relieve stress, uncover areas of avoidance and work on them, and add more productivity with less interruption to our lives.  Life is less messy without procrastination. One of the biggest things we had procrastinated on was our estate planning and will.  Who wants to think about that in their 20s, 30s, or 40s? The fact is, we're all going to die.
