This week, we honor the wisdom of Native American communities and explore how cultural practices like storytelling, ceremony, and land-based rituals offer powerful models for parenting and mental health. Inspired by the APA’s 2023 study and recent research, we ask: 🌿 What if healing isn’t clinical — but cultural? 🌿 What if parenting isn’t just about independence — but interconnection? From berry picking to elder wisdom, we spotlight how Indigenous traditions nurture resilience, pride, and belonging — and how we can learn from them to raise grounded, resilient kids.
