PAC Reckoning on Medical Inflation

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has tabled a 1,999-page report examining rising medical insurance premiums and private hospital charges. With 17 recommendations now on the table for the government, will they be enough to slow down the rise in medical inflation?
