Pacific global leadership is in the ascendancy

Former UK government education adviser Sir Michael Barber talks about the challenges to be faced if the potential of this, the 21st century, is to be realised. The challenges to be resolved revolve around environment, wealth, poverty as well as catastrophic conflict with the Pacific region emerging as the focus of global leadership. Sir Michael says that an education revolution will be required to unleash the leadership capacity the next 50 years will demand.
