When the pandemic hit, we were forced to retreat into our safest spaces & away from each other. Problem is (among many), humans desire connection. What was the first thing we went to? Our most welcomed security blanket, social media. For me, social media has become a great place to meet & make new friends based on mutual ideals & values. That is what brought me closer to my next guest, Charles Rico. Funny enough, we met one week before lockdown as he was jamming needles into my body. Relax he's an acupuncturist.
