Palačinke iz bučine moke

Pisala je poslušalka, ki ima zmleta bučna semena in bi rada iz te sestavine spekla palačinke. Zanima jo, ali je postopek enak kot pri izdelavi mase iz navadne moke. Običajno jih sicer dela iz ajdove moke, vendar bi rada porabila mleta bučna semena oziroma bučno moko. Sestra Nikolina ji pritrdilno odgovarja. Za prvič naj navadni moki doda nekaj te bučne moke, potem pa lahko po želji količino povečuje. Bučna semena so namreč mastna in to pride do izraza, ko pridejo v stik z vročino.
