Today’s biggest winners and losers in the stock market.  On this episode of Stock Movers:  Shares of Palantir Technologies (PLTR) surged by the most in more than two years after the company boosted full-year revenue and income forecasts, describing commercial demand for its data analytics tools as “otherworldly.” Palantir said Monday that it now expects $4.89 billion to $4.91 billion in adjusted income from operations this year, up from $4.45 billion at the top end of the range previously. The software developer and major military vendor projected as much as $8.16 billion in sales, above the $7.7 billion average of analysts’ estimates compiled by Bloomberg.  Shares of Wayfair (W) saw their biggest intraday gain since April 2025, after the home furnishings retailer said sales in the US grew at their fastest clip since 2021, helped by a growing number of brick-and-mortar stores and demand for its higher-end brands. The company said it expects high single-digit revenue growth in the current quarter, and sees adjusted Ebitda margin of 6% to 7%.  Shares of Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) tumbled in the Tuesday session by the most since October after word that jalapeños from multiple stores in Minnesota may be linked to a salmonella outbreak in the state that’s sickened 110 people. The chain removed the suspect jalapeños from all of its stores that received them as it was assisting on a Minnesota health department probe of the outbreak, an agency spokesperson told Bloomberg News.
