Base香港的电子音乐人Xiaolin是一位不折不扣的声音世界探险家。与许多国际上备受认可的电子音乐艺术家一样，薄发一定有着厚积的坚实基础，Xiaolin自幼便接受古典小提琴、爵士理论、世界音乐及电子作曲等系统训练，并先后在茱莉亚和伯克利深造，这期间她玩转过桑巴鼓乐Batucada，参与爵士乐队演出，并成为一名唱片收藏者；而在伦敦定居，随之感受英伦地下电子脉动的经历，成为真正唤醒她深层律动基因的助推器Xiaolin的音乐是“探险精神”的最直观写照，她的创作深受80~00年代音乐的启发，同时融入自己对游戏、动漫和自然的热爱，以及粤语歌曲的情结。她的作品从不强调专一流派，横跨粗粝的酸性浩室、Breaks与土壤质感的打击乐以及迷幻且震荡的Electro和Techno，种种元素往往交织出梦幻的戏剧色彩，总能让听众沉浸于刺激却又浪漫的旅程中。正因对不同的音乐磁场异常敏感，她的原创liveset也设定为三个版本：适合白日场景的“Sun”、冥想氛围的“Moon”，以及专为夜场设计的“Body”凭借出色实力与国际视角，她与宀(mián)、Klasse Wrecks、Harmony、QEONE等众多国际知名先锋厂牌合作，并在泰国Wonderfruit、新加坡和香港Boiler Room、柏林Panorama等场景演出，Xiaolin早已成为中国乃至亚洲在电子音乐领域的一张DJ名片▽﹝tracklist﹞01. shjva - Infinity-002.
