Criminal Business Practices by Palm Beach Gardens Towing. Has Illegally formed an agreement with Consumer Affairs Division to refuse to honor any complaints made against the Tow Agency. They even mention that I must be a Sovereign Citizen since I offered them $500 to settle the $1212 debt they claim I owe for a tow less than 1 mile, which by the way was never authorized by me and my vehicle was Towed without my consent on Private Property.
